WTB Small Bubble Anemone

    I'm looking for a small Bubble Anemone (Entacmaea quadricolor) in the Des Moines area.  I have a maroon clown that has no place to host.  Please let me know if you have one you are willing to part with and what you want for it.  Thanks,

    How big is the maroon clown? Cause if the anemone is to small the maroon will beat it to death.....

    what armydog said. Maroons are brutal on nems.

    He's fairly small, about an inch and a half.

    Tell me about it. I have a full grown yellowstriped maroon. I swear it is over 5 inches long and the fish sits in my bubble tip and just thrashes around. Fortunately, the nem was able to handle it and has gotten large enough to no longer bother it, but I use to just cringe some time when I saw the clown swim into the anemone. lol.

    Man I must have a special maroon he's so gentle with my rbta's I had 9 in the tank (couldn't stop em from splitting!!) ranging from dime size to volleyball size, and he took awesome care of all of them til I had to get them out and save my corals from the stinging.
