   What type/color of toadstool are you looking for?  I have a large one (have small and medium sized too) that look like ">THIS  The big one is easily 10" in diameter.

   I have a Tyree Green polyp toadstool that is at least 6" in diameter.  It doesn't have enough space and so is constrained by two sides of the tank.  Not sure how big it would be if it could spread out.
