    i have a 180gallon tank i would like to purchase live rock/sand, power heads and skimmer.
    i already have an all glass mega sump filter model 4, oddysea light and cpr overflow.
    im brand new to aquariums in general. i have a very good teacher hes been helping me thru all of it. he actually introduced me to this site.
     
    Any ideas or anything that is helpful is greatly appreciated. thank you all

    take a look at http://www.marcorocks.com/ for rock its not live but its good stuff. look for korilla 4's for power heads there ar others but these are good priced.

    Where are you located? I have about 75 to 100lbs of live rock to sell for $2.50 a lb. Let me know.

    I would get that tank drilled for an overflow before you add anything. Just my opinion, I always hated my old siphon style overflow.

    i live in mason city. might be able to pick up or meet?

    i have a cpr overflow. but have been looking at the benefits of drilling but dont want to crack my tank

    Bulk Reef Supply has some of their base rock half price this month.....if you bought a little live rock off of somebody, you could fill the rest of your tank with base rock and the good bacteria would spread and you could keep more $$$ in your pocket /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif

    this is what i have been hearing about. have actually thought about getting it really growing and selling it. thanks for the advice
