I just set up a 65 to put my coral in while i redo my main tank. I was just wondering if anyone has any 400 watt ballast for sale or reflectors. I would prefer se bulbs. The tank is 24.5 deep so im thinking 400 would be best or do you think a 250 watt would be better. I would also consider a t5 setup if i could find a decent one. I really want led but i dont want to spend alot on lights for it.

I have a marineland t-5HO. It is a 48inch light. Pretty nice. I had it on my 55 and it seemed to do a good job. I am not sure what it is worth but I would make you a good deal seeing as how I am not using it.

Brian, didn't you have 400's over your 210? Why not just use them for the time being? I'm going to be selling my two 400w halides in about a month if you can wait that long...

Ic, my 400's have DIY lumenarc reflectors, Hamilton ballasts, and pretty used up Radium bulbs. I could sell you one of them and put the one LED fixture I have made so far in it's place. The one side of my tank doesn't have much for light demanding corals, so it would work just fine. Let me know if you'd want it, we can figure out a price. I think I paid about $150-$200 for each in the factory reflectors.
