I still have this sump. Had a buyer but it wouldn't fit under his tank. I added my own 1/4 glass (not the thing window panes stuff) that I had custom cut and essentially made a bubble trap and water level marker, but you could move them around if you wanted to. There are six glass baffles total. I got absolutely no airbubbles into the display with this sort of bubble trap setup. The previous owner also had a ton of things plumbed into it. There are three bulkheads at the top which I think are 1/2". You can see two in the picture. One is covered by the center brace. I plugged all three with threaded caps, so they can easily be opening back up. I think he fed rectors and such with these. There is also a 1" bulkhead in the bottom right which I used to feed the external return pump with; this has an elbow attached to it that faced almost straight down to minimize the chances of sucking air. The last bulkhead is also 1" with a threaded cap on it in the center bottom (also covered up by the center brace). I believe the original owner used this for an external skimmer. The 1" bulkheads are sch80, the 1/2" bulkheads are sch40.
Asking $50 for it all. The bulkheads and baffles alone were more than that /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/wink.gif
Here are some pics. I didn't do the prettiest silicone job, but what I wanted was functionality. You could pretty easily replace the silicone with the clear stuff and make it look a bit nicer if you wanted.
