I took this fish in because it was getting picked on by his tank mates, I've had it for a couple months, but now want shrimp in my tank. I paid $30 for it, not looking to get that out of it. This bird wrasse has been in an open chamber in my sump for a week or two now, I really want him gone. The reason I don't want the fish is I want small shrimp and this guy will tear them apart. The fish is completely coral safe and almost all small fish safe, but not shrimp. He needs a big tank.
Let me know if anyone has anything to trade or wants to pay cash. I really want the fish gone as soon as possible for its own benefit.

Are you going to the swap? If so i'll take it if you can bring it there.

Yea I'll be at the swap. I can definitely bring it with me, but I just hope you understand that if someone can get the wrasse before then I can't hold it for you. I think it's in the best interest of the fish if it finds a new home fast. I thought I had someone that wanted it, but I haven't heard from them since. I tried calling them back a couple times, but I just need to find it a new home as quick as possible.

I hope you'll understand Bill. If it gets within a week of the swap I'll hold it for you, but for the next couple days I just can't.

    Hey Adam,
Is it male or female? It could be a good addition to the restaurant tank.

It's a male. All males are green and the females are brown/black. It's about 4-5 inches and a very active swimmer. It would make a great addition to the bar tank. Did you get that "fish sickness" problem figured out you had a few weeks ago?

It's called Ferrari's. It's out on Hudson Road, Josh can tell you more, or you can just Google search it.

The restaurant is good but dont get too excited about the tank. It still looks good and all but there is only one tang, one lunar wrasse, one coral beauty, and a couple of damsels. So far everything is doing ok and no more losses. The fish are all looking healthy now and eating and swimming well. Its just too bad I lost about 75% of the others. I would like the wrasse but question putting him in too soon. Although the lunar wrasse seemed pretty much unaffected by anything.
