WTT: PC fixture for maxi jets

    I have a 24 inch 2 x 65 watt pc fixture that I would like to trade for  2 or 3 maxi jets, either the 400 or 900.  I'm trying to find a happy medium for my softie tank. The 1200s seem to be annoying to my leather and xenias. 
    The fixture is the Current USA with moon lights. The bulbs will need to be changed.

    Just a suggestion with youtr 1200s, have you tried shaving down your impellar blades little by little? They are a vert soft plastice and easy to do. Replacement blades are also really cheap if you ever need to "go back" to the higher gph

    I had not heard that one. I think I'll give that a try. I just want to tone things down a bit.
