Atram, what effects do you use? I have several tube amps I like depending on the style.. I really liek the Fender Blues Jr. (or the other larger blues amps from them) as well as some of the Marshall half stacks. If you run Moddlers off of a POD (bleech) or Boss and don't want to be piegon holed into cerian amp sounds... there are now FRFR (full frequency range flat responce) amps out with tubes for the moddlers user by a company called atomic amps. They dont' color the tone like standard guitar amps other than add a Tube feel... I personally run direcet to the board half of the time, but I have a highly customised and hand made set of electronics to clean the tone for my Boss GT-8 to get it more Tube like and to remove the sizzle that all fake moddlers have. When I need volume that a venu can't provide, I have 2 studio monitors I can engage for some serious punch.

Nickel Creek is High on my list.. They are broken up after 17 years though.... :/

I was watching  VH1 the other night and this  got the best song of the 90's.
